Bought 2 of these cushions for my car front seats and i am quite satisfied with them. the printed word change to "awesome" from "nira" was unexpected but i am not bothered because it's a nicer word, haha. not sure if they are really memory form but they are heavier and firm, and possess the same qualities, not the cheap foam found in cheap mattresses. there is a zip at the back to unzip and remove the cover for washing too. i bought the gray to go with my gray car seats but they aren't the same shade. i should have bought the black ones, ha.

○ However, it's not the texture I was looking for; it feels a bit rough against the skin? I thought it would have a fabric feel. It felt close to the texture of fine nylon.
○ I wanted a lower height, but even though it's a well-made product that fits perfectly around the neck, I wish it were lower to meet my desired height. It's a bit disappointing.
