Payment Processing Partners

We use multiple payment processing partners depending on your chosen payment method. For PayPal transactions, Western Bid Incorporated serves as our payment processor and merchant of record. Charges will appear on your PayPal transaction history and associated statements as WESTERN BID or WESTERN BID INC. For credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallet transactions, payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Charges will appear on your statements as MONOFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD or AUTOBOOSTY.

Returns and Consumer Rights

When you select PayPal as your payment method, your transaction is processed by Western Bid Incorporated, a Florida corporation located at 3500 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Pembroke Park, Florida 33023, United States. Western Bid Incorporated serves as the merchant of record and authorized payment processor for all PayPal transactions. The company has been in operation since 2001 and specializes in providing payment processing, fulfillment, and logistics services for international e-commerce businesses. Shopify Payments Processing

When you select credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallet payment methods, your transaction is processed through Shopify Payments. For these transactions, MONOFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD operating under the trading name Autoboosty serves as the merchant of record.

How Charges Appear on Statements

The merchant name appearing on your financial statements depends on which payment method you select at checkout. For PayPal transactions, when you complete a purchase using PayPal, the charge appears on your PayPal transaction history and any associated credit card or bank statement will display as WESTERN BID or WESTERN BID INC. The charge will not appear as Autoboosty or MONOFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD. This billing arrangement is a standard and legitimate aspect of our PayPal payment processing partnership with Western Bid Incorporated. For credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallet transactions processed through Shopify Payments, the charge appearing on your credit card or bank statement will display as MONOFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD or AUTOBOOSTY. The charge will not appear as Western Bid.

Payment Authorization

By clicking Place Order, Complete Purchase, Pay Now, or similar confirmation button, you expressly authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your designated payment method for the full amount of your order, including products, taxes, shipping fees, and other disclosed charges. For PayPal transactions, you authorize Western Bid Incorporated to process the transaction through PayPal and acknowledge that Western Bid Incorporated will appear as the merchant of record. For Shopify Payments transactions, you authorize Shopify Payments to process the transaction and acknowledge that MONOFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD or AUTOBOOSTY will appear as the merchant of record.

Security and Compliance

All payment processing is conducted through secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. Western Bid Incorporated maintains compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards for all PayPal transaction processing. Shopify Payments is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols and tokenization. Autoboosty does not store complete credit card information on its servers.

Customer Service and Billing Inquiries

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, as we can often resolve issues more quickly through direct communication. Initiating chargebacks for legitimate transactions may result in chargeback fees and potential account suspension.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Transfer of Title and Risk

Trademarks and Brand Names

Autoboosty's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Autoboosty or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Autoboosty. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Article 9. Relationship with Shopify

Platform Services

Autoboosty is powered by Shopify Incorporated, which provides the underlying e-commerce platform and infrastructure services that enable us to operate our online store. Shopify processes certain information on our behalf solely to provide these platform services.

Direct Merchant Relationship

All sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Autoboosty as the merchant. Your contractual relationship for the purchase and sale of products is with Autoboosty, not with Shopify. Autoboosty is responsible for all aspects of your purchase transaction, including product quality, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Shopify Limitation of Liability

By using the services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Autoboosty, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify Incorporated and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Autoboosty.
